Hotel rooms are contracted at $135/night plus tax and fees. Host hotel reservations at the Crowne Plaza are on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow rooms will be reserved at the Holiday Inn Express next door. You will receive a confirmation from the hotel shortly. ALL CHANGES MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE AFFI OFFICE.
