On behalf of the Itasca Professional Fire Fighters Association Local #3461 and in union with the Associated Fire Fighters of Illinois (AFFI) Honor Guard, we are proud to announce the upcoming 2026 AFFI Honor Guard Convention being hosted in Rosemont, Illinois on January 30-31, and February 1 2026.  We respectfully invite you to be part of this meaningful event as a sponsor and supporter.

Since our founding, the AFFI Honor Guard has remained dedicated to a solemn mission: to honor the fallen, support their families, and stand in unwavering solidarity with every union local across the state of Illinois. Our members—active firefighters from departments throughout Illinois—volunteer their time, travel at their own expense, and train diligently to carry out this sacred duty.

This year’s convention serves as both a gathering for training and unity, and a vital opportunity to raise funds that allow us to continue our mission without burdening the members who give so much already.

Your generous support will:

• Help offset the costs of training, travel, and lodging, making the event affordable for our members.
• Support the continued presence of the Honor Guard at line-of-duty funerals, memorial services, and public events across Illinois.

In recognition of your support, your business will be featured prominently in the ad book distributed at the convention, as well as on promotional materials displayed at the convention.  We also offer an option for a vendor table at the convention for you to network with firefighters from across the state, highlight your business or organization or sell items from your business.
