Honor Guard Convention Sponsorship

Dear Local Officer:

Bloomington Firefighters Local 49 and Normal Firefighters Local 2442 are beyond excited to co-host the 29th Annual AFFI Honor Guard Convention. The event is being held in Uptown Normal January 21-23rd, 2022.

The Convention Committee, made up of members from Local 49 and Local 2442, the Honor Guard Command Staff, and the AFFI Staff are working tirelessly to ensure that our organization is provided with an event like we’ve never seen before. Previous hosts have placed the bar high and we intend to raise it.

Like everything in the current pandemic environment, rising costs and supply shortages are presenting challenges with hosting an event of this magnitude. No matter what, we will provide an amazing experience for our members and their families, as well as the families and departments of our fallen members.

We humbly ask for your support in this endeavor so that we can accomplish our goal. Please review the attached sponsorship form, consider supporting the event, and share with other potential supporters of the AFFI and the Honor Guard.
